The staff’s welcoming attitude and genuinely helpful service made my stay enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the spacious suite, equipped with a full kitchen that allowed us to save money by preparing our own meals.

Unfortunately, I encountered issues with room cleanliness, such as hair in the bathroom upon arrival. Additionally, the check-in process was slow and frustrating, with multiple attempts required to get room keys.

The King Studio Suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day on the road. The staff, particularly Christina, exemplified outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a fantastic selection. However, the cancellation process was frustrating as I was charged despite having confirmation that my reservation was canceled. It took long to reach customer service, which added to the overall disappointment.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a well-stocked breakfast that included delicious Texas-shaped waffles and a complimentary shuttle service to the airport from 8 AM to midnight for added convenience.

The check-in was super smooth thanks to Pamela, who was really welcoming and made me feel right at home! I even got a surprise when she helped me with a milk cup for my late-night snack run. Only bummer was the breakfast selection was kinda blah. Overall, a nice place to chill with family.

the homewood suites was a fantastic stay! our king two-room suite was clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that saved us money on meals. the service was impeccable—denise even helped me with ice outside normal hours. we enjoyed the outdoor pool and the fitness center, too! definitely a cozy spot to unwind after a long day.
